The bushes in my gear selector control box are worn and need changing as I,m getting tired of the rattle. Does any one know where I can buy some or the sizes to get some made? They are part No.23 008727 on the oka parts listing.

I purchased the bushes from Allan. However, they weren't the ones I thought to go between the sector, the housing and end cover. Another option does anyone have a gear selector for sale after an auto conversion or can one purchase a new gear selector.

Peter, do you mean the sleeve that comes out of the rear before the U/J?
you can get the polyurethane sleeve OR, 10 years ago I used 1" high pressure polly pipe. cut a small strip to size & last longer.

there is several posts about the dreaded gear change.
A mm of play at gear box is an inch of slop at gear stick.
check all your rose joints & connections.

OKAs 091, 093, 094, 113, 346x6 & 405

I forgot to mention it is a LT. I see the XT has a different set up. It selects ok, its more the rattle of the gear stick which I'm trying to fix. Putting a new seal in will probably fix the rattle but there is a fair bit of slop which I assume will flog out the seal fairly quickly. I don't know if there is a sleeve there, the shaft or the end cover need building up. Your suggestion of poly pipe maybe the way to go. I'll have to pull it apart.
