Hi all I am wanting a side door for 323 as it only has access from the rear which I am going to close that off and put a door on the side as most OKAs are so if anyone has one that they dont need I am happy to purchase it or failing that I will have to get one made so anyone know what and where from locks, hinges etc any info would be helpful

I may be after the same, the side door on new Oka is not that practical.

Think Al could do something, but its him getting the time to do it.

It wouldn't be very hard to make a side door and frame to suit, just follow the side contour of the body, frame made out of 50mm RHS, door 30mm RHS, and then skin with your choice, steel or alloy using sikaflex to stick it on.
I would make the new door narrower than the bus door as a few have done when doing camper conversions as it is a bit big (wide)and takes up a lot of space.
Some have also put the door further back in front of the rear wheel and made it taller incorporating steps in the body behind the fuel tank which makes for much easier entry and exit.
Keith Harris did exactly that with his Oka.
