Hi All,

244 is now registred in WA. The mexican plates are gone. WIth Leonora plates now on it.

Rego was 700 for the year, which I didnt think was too bad and no yearly inspections like they have QLD.

Was easly enough to transfer over etc as I was in a regional office. Thought it would be harder to do.

STBOQ - out of interest - were you required to put 244 over the pits for the transfer?

If i had the vehicle for over 12 months no. As I havent had it for 12 mths, I had to have an inspection done and any faults rectified.
The OKA went over the pits in SA to remove a defect and they hit it pretty hard. When I got to WA it had to be inspected again, But it was the mechanic not the goverment. He picked a few little things, which I fixed, this was late last year, I just hadnt had the time to drive to town to get it sorted.

Cheers

If your in WA, I would suggest you get theOKA a service and roadworthy with Robin at OKA Coolgardie. He can do vehicle inspections for transfers from interstate.

That way its done before you even get home.
