More the merrier.

I have learnt a couple of things from this.
When you choose a date stick to it ( you can't please everyone) I think it just might confuse things
Also just sit back like the majority, do nothing, and let some else do it.
The first to get there, check out the 2 free camp ares and choose which one you think would be best.
looking forward to see you there.
Cheers Peter

I don't think the majority are 'just sitting back doing nothing' - they are just not hassling, going with the flow and not making un-necessary waves.

Most people can only do a late Friday / Saturday/ Sunday Agree
So I have an idea let’s make it the 20 th Friday 21 Saturday 22 Sunday of March
At Lake Cargelligo ( place is where Peter and Carla ) suggested
Let’s lock it in Eddie
If you come early great relax that is what it is all about YES
Cheers let’s wash down a bit of dust with a few cold ones and tell lies around a campfire if allowed
No oka owners are strangers
Only friends we have not met
Or old ones to catch up with
All in favor say lock it in
Sorry if I upset anyone we just need confirmation ASAP as some people have work commitments

I think the reason Peter made it a mid week date was so that those that invariable go for longer do so and those that come on the weekend can also be accomodated especially as it will be a couple of days drive just to get there for most.

The reason I have chosen a Wednesday, I thought it might be better for the people who have longer distance to travel & we would more than likely to have the whole place to ourselves
Frogs Hollow (33:18:18S 146:22:58E) would most probably be the better spot as there is more shade.
At Xmas there were quite a lot of campers there but I think in March out of school holidays it will be okay.
We had camped at Deadman's Point (33:16:46S 146:23:43E approx 4 k's north of town).
The shade is very limited but we were the only ones there so no problem a very nice spot also.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
Cheers
