The airbox is Oka specific, rumour has it that a bloke spent a week making each one which knowing Oka wouldn't surprise me. The heater core is out of a Torana with slightly different connections, the fascia knobs and controls can either be Camira or Rodeo, not sure of models. If you can find a Red Dot or something else that fits go for it.
I told Kelvin about the heater core mod to remove a couple of metres of hose and the heater tap from the radiator tunnel and in turn make heater core connections more accessible.
Sage advice Peter, as usual - thanks!
I do need to remove and clean the entire HVAC system as it's chock full of fine mine dust - probably works as a good silicon dust inhaler.....looking at it the other day it appears I will need to remove the instrument panel and that's a bit longer than I had time for this weekend...I also read of the heater valve relocation mod and will remind Kelvin....working up a washing list of extra stuff for him while he has the guts out...if you think of anything else do let me know....George and Fran visited and reminded me to have the hydraulic line/brake hoses replaced due age and so She is in at the hydraulic man this week...all lessons appreciated - Dave

I wonder if anyone's gone for gold and turfed out the OEM Camira panel for something superior?
I see plenty of electrically operated heater valves.
That would rid me of one evil cable and flimsy plastic arm.....
