Peter to back up Joes' comment, the bellhousing mounts are what absorbs the engines torque, ie: they are stopping the engine when under load rotating in the engine bay.
The front mounts are there to support the weight, nothing more, in extreme torque situations they do shear and allow the engine to rotate and do things like hitting the fan shroud.

OKA 374 LT Van, converted to camper/motorhome,
400ah Lithiums, 1100w solar, diesel cooking heating and HWS,
Cummins 6BT, Allison 6 speed auto, Nissan transfer.

I like it. These major conversions are impressive and show the amount of skill OKA owners have.

As for the mount.....

Bit of safety chain and a lock nut? It's an auto box after all, aren't they 'softer' on torque transmission?

How well do the 4L80E auto handle the weight of OKA + trailer ?

around 8 ton, 12 ton when bogged

OKAs 091, 093, 094, 113, 346x6 & 405
