Hi Peter, when I was looking I spoke with Alan at OKA parts, he was working on an aluminium version and I think was waiting on some pricing from a fabricator. Might be worth a phone call.
Failing that ill be happy to measure the one I got for our OKA for you to make one.
Regards kav

Hi Peter attached are some drawings for a visor. I have measured it from the one i have on the OKA and it should be close enough to get a good visor made up.
You can make it in steel or aluminium, if you make it in Ali you might want to go a bit thicker from 3mm (as drawn) to 5mm.
Which ever way you go i suggest you make the side plates and bolt them on, makeup the 2 visor plates with *Green* on them and trim them to suit.
I have left out the middle plate stiffener details to the middle of the cab above the window, you just need to make something to go there to the cab. A bit of flat bar will do the trick, ill take some pics and post them for you as well.
I will post the AutoCAD file as well so if you or anyone else wants to edit or use it to zoom in on the computer you can. If you need any more measurements let me know, i pretty sure i have covered everything to make a working visor.
I have suggested the use of 12mm round bar for the leading edges rather than having it pressed. For the tailing edges i suggest you bend them for strength like the original.
Regards
Kav
