rear brake prop valve diff bracket

Can any help me as i am replacing the prop valve at the rear of my oka ,it has no bracket to be able to connect the adjustment chain to , i need to know the measurements ,centre of hole long side to fold,centre of hole short side to fold ,width of flat from fold to fold the rest i will work out thanks peter 334

I've taken a couple of pics and also made a rough diagram which should have the measurements you want.

Mine doesn't have a chain, instead a short cable so don't know if the bracket is the same.
