can anyone give us the heads up on how to totally remove the second tacko graph on 210

As the Oka has an electronically driven speedo I'd guess that it is just simply connected in parallel to the existing speedo.
I would just disconnect all the wires, tape them up and then make sure your speedo still works.
Physically removing the unit depends on where it is mounted, I've seen them behind the drivers seat or passenger seat, passengers footwell or on the dash itself in a binnacle.

The gauge is behind passengers seat but there is something also in console dont where to start and stop.

It would usually be wired in parallel to everything so removing it and disconnecting wires and then taping each wire to stop short circuits should be ok.
Alternatively if fiddling with electrical stuff worries you best to get a auto sparky to have a look, he can advise you.
