Yes I saw that, and it does have the looks of an early Oka.
It's powered by a Ford 2.2l 4 cylinder diesel engine with a 5 speed gearbox.
Can carry 2 tonnes though 1m deep water.
All the details are here and the specs are impressive.
No camper version though☹️.
